SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Orders: Free for orders above INR 4,000.
International Orders: Shipping charges are applicable on all orders.
Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.
DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Custom Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All Saree orders are processed from our own warehouse in Lucknow. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
All Evelyn Belluci shipped from USA, Heels shipped from UK.
TRACKING PACKAGE
Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can track your order status on the shipping agent's website by entering your assigned order tracking number.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Do note, orders shipped and returned due to Non-Availability on Delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfillment or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks, UPI & Wallets.
Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available at the moment.
For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express).
DIGITAL GIFT CARDS (Terms & Conditions)
Not refundable or redeemable in cash/ credit.
Cannot be replaced if the Gift Card code is lost/ deleted by the receiver.
Redeemable only on www.drape.in , the Gift Card cannot be used at the Drape company stores in India or at other retailer stores/ websites.
Can only be redeemed multiple times until the Gift Card value has exhausted.
If the merchandise value is higher than the Gift Card value, the difference in amount is payable by the redeemer to Raw Mango during check-out.
In cases where the merchandise redeemed is of value lower than the Gift Card value, the balance remains in the Gift Card and can be redeemed later.
Drape reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges of the terms & conditions without prior notice.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed during sales, promotions, offers and discounts.
Return & Exchange Policy
Drape endeavors to ensure that every transaction is seamless. We are SSL secured and all payments encrypted.We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. Customer delight is most important to us .
Returns & Exchanges are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, in which case we will re-fulfill your order with the same or similar product after review of the wrong delivery/quality/ manufacturing defect within a specific time frame (see Customer Care below).
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem appropriate. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our Customer Care for prompt resolution.
Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please click customer care or contact us.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
Return Policy:

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at info@drape.com mentioning your Order ID.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product

If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging

If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
